YOUR AGREEMENT WITH GETAWAYWITHDEBBIE FOR TRAVEL SERVICES
AGREEMENT & PARTIES
This agreement is between GetAwayWithDebbie, a travel agency organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, and you, the user of this website. By accessing or booking through GetAwayWithDebbie.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Please check your documents when you receive them. You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform us promptly of any issues. The names of your documents must match your government issued ID. Call us if you have any questions.
AGENT FOR SUPPLIERS
GetAwayWithDebbie and its independent travel advisors (collectively “we” or “us”) act as sales agents for any airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other services provider names in your itinerary or confirmation (“suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. You acknowledge that your travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the Supplier, a government entity, or other third party over which we have no control. You further acknowledge that the Supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may be later in effect, will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers an no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.
RISKS OF TRAVEL
We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control or any acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip. We have no special knowledge of dangers during travel or at destinations. For information related to such dangers, we recommend going to the State Department travel website, www.travel.state.gov. For medical and health information we recommend going to the Centers for Disease Control at wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel. It is your personal decision to travel and you are doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions. It is your responsibility to understand and abide by all requirements and restrictions when traveling. This may include any health affidavit forms, health screens, immunization requirements, quarantine, visas, travel documents or other destination specific requirements.
tRAVEL DOCUMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health/vaccination certificates required by the destination. Passports must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date. All passengers must present acceptable photo identification. The federal RealID is mandatory for domestic travel. You must have a passport to travel to another country. International destinations may also require you to obtain a visa you must show it prior to departure. If you are a minor, you may need additional immigration paperwork. You are responsible for contacting any consulates if applicable.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
- Deposits: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure reservations unless otherwise specified in your specific itinerary.
- Final Payment: The balance is due by [30] days prior to departure. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation by the Supplier.
- Fees: Any agency planning or booking fees are explicitly detailed on your invoice and are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to the Supplier’s individual cancellation and refund policies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GetAwayWithDebbie and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out
of your use of this website or the booking of travel services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, flight delays, missed connections, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather, pandemics, or government actions). These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law principles. Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in your County, Minnesota.
GetAwayWithDebbie reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
